Order Errors, Damages, & Lost Shipments 

Please be advised that Manic Panic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before you finalize the order. Once an online order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we are unable to change online orders in any way or cancel online orders for any reason. All confirmed orders will be subject to our return policy above. Manic Panic will only issue a refund for the cost of the products minus the shipping cost if and when a package is returned to our warehouse, either by the shipping company or according to our return policy above.

We now offer Route+ Shipping Insurance on all orders. This complimentary shipping insurance covers your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

You must file your claim within the time period specified by Route in order to be eligible for a refund or reorder. Any claims made outside of the time periods stated in Route’s policy will not be eligible for coverage.

  • Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “Delivered.” This includes claims for stolen packages and items damaged in shipping.

  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “Delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
