Missing Item or Incorrect Item Received

If an item is missing from your order or you receive an item that you did not order, please email one clear photo of your packing slip and the items received in your package, labels facing forward, to customerservice@manicpanic.com and be sure to include your 5 digit order number in the subject line. If an item was missing from your order due to lack of stock, you will be fully refunded for that item. If an error was made in packing, we will make the correction once we receive photo confirmation of the error.
