Sales, Discounts, & Free Promotional Items

Any time we are having a sale involving a discount code, it is very important that you make absolutely sure to type the code into the discount code box and make sure it is applied to your order before finalizing your order. The same applies to free item promotions - these must be added to your cart manually, and you must verify that everything in your cart and all pricing is correct before finalizing your order.
As mentioned in our Online Order Info & Policies, both on the Cart Page and on thispage, once an order is finalized on the website, it is immediately sent to processing. We cannot change or cancel confirmed orders for any reason once they are submitted as they are immediately processed. It is very important to review your cart and make sure everything is correct before confirming it. This includes your address, the items in your cart, discount codes, every detail.
If you ever have issues placing an order, or something in your cart does not look correct, you need to contact us before placing the order so that we may assist you. It is not possible for us to add discount codes or make any changes to orders retroactively. Your order will be processed as it was entered and confirmed by you at the time of checkout.
All sales on products are only valid while supplies last through the date(s) the sale is active.
