The developer and bleach powder get thicker once mixed. If the developer is still thin after mixing, let the mixture stand for a few minutes and it should thicken. If it doesn’t thicken up and you’re sure you’ve mixed it correctly, please do not use it and contact customer service at customerservice@manicpanic.com to let them know!
