CAN I USE MANIC PANIC® TO COVER GREY HAIR?

Everyone’s hair is different and this is especially true with gray hair!Some grays can be more coarse and less porous (even though they are lighter in color) and require pre-lightening or super pigmented shades to cover. For our most updated list of shades that can work on covering gray hair please reach out to us on social or via customer service!
The best way to find out if a color will work for you is to do a strand test! Please see strand test instructions for how to complete this process! If you apply a strand test and it doesn’t seem to be light enough, then you will know you’ll have to pre-lighten for best results.
